Teaching, for me, has always been more than the transmission of knowledge—it is a sacred responsibility to ignite minds, shape character, and inspire a sense of purpose. I believe that a true teacher must be both a guide and a fellow learner: someone who nurtures curiosity, encourages questioning, and creates an environment where students feel empowered to explore and evolve.
My teaching style has been shaped by simplicity, clarity, and a deep respect for every learner's potential. I have always emphasized conceptual understanding over rote learning, and real-world applications over abstract repetition. Whether teaching undergraduate fundamentals or guiding doctoral research, I strive to relate principles to practice—connecting theory with relevance.
I view every classroom as a dialogue, not a monologue. Encouraging open discussion, listening actively, and mentoring beyond the syllabus have been central to my approach. Many of my former students are now educators and researchers across IITs, NITs, and global institutions. Their success is not just a reflection of what was taught—but of how they were trusted, challenged, and believed in.
To teach is to touch the future—and it has been the most fulfilling part of my journey.
